Important notes for vendors:

1)  We still have tables available.  They are currently $125 per table, if paid before 8-1-19.  After 8-1-19, they will be $150 per table. At this point we may not be able to accommodate special placement requests, and tables may be six foot tables rather than eight foot tables.

2)  If you haven't yet paid for your tables, we reserve the right to re-assign your tables to other vendors.

3)  We have had a few cancellations in the last couple of weeks, which was not unexpected.  Due to cancellations, and other space considerations, we may be shifting some vendor locations within the room.  As always, we will try to accommodate specific location requests, but with over 100 vendors and over 440 tables, we just can't meet everyone's specific requests.

4) Vendor move in will be available from 12:00pm to 8:00pm on Tuesday 8-6-19.  We will open the room back up for vendors to continue moving in at 8:00am on Wednesday 8-7-19.    The vendor room will open to the public for business at 1:00pm on Wednesday 8-7-19.

5)  If you need power, water, compressed air, shipping and receiving or would like a hardwired internet connection, please see the Convention Center's exhibitor's resource page at this link:

https://chattanoogaconventioncenter.org/exhibitor-resources/

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the link for the IPMS USA Convention.  That will take you to the on-line order form for services.  A note about internet access at the Convention Center.  There is very good free WiFi service at the Convention Center.  However, it is a public, shared network.  As such, it's speed and performance will vary depending on how many users may be on it, and it does not support streaming.  If you want to be sure to have good performance at all times, or want to stream content, a hardwired connection is recommended.

And finally, if anyone has any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
